Refund Policy for MBBS in Abroad

  1. In Case of your admission in India: In case the student change his/ her mind to take admission through MedAb Overseas. The student is not eligible for any refund..
  2. Refund on your Cancellation request: In case you have decided to cancel the MBBS seat and your application before the admission letter is issued in your favor by the University, you would be eligible for the refund as per the below conditions:.
  • 50% of your paid amount (Except for an amount equivalent to the applicable GST) would be refunded in case the cancellation request is received in writing within 7 days of payment
  • 20% of your paid amount (Except for an amount equivalent to the applicable GST) would be refunded in case the cancellation request is received in writing within 15 days of payment
  • Once the admission offer letter is received from the university, you will not be eligible for any kind of refund under any circumstances.
  • Further, in case the application process involves personal interview (generally on Skype for few universities), and the student fails to pass the same, you shall not be refunded any amount. However, you may be offered another university without any charges, if eligibility fits.
  • Further, in case student register with us before NEET exam and student is not able to qualify due to any misfortune. You shall not be refunded any amount. However, you may be offered another medical course or if student drop for next year, then next year registration fee will be waived off.
  1. Cheque Return :In case of any Misfortune , Student does not get admission, MedAb Overseas Guarantee to return Post Dated Cheque after completion of all counsellings. Cheque will not be returned in case Parents/students change their mind after the start of NEET counseling process.
  2. Encash Cheque :After the admission of Student in Medical College, MedAb Overseas has right to file Cheque in Bank on the due date. It is responsibility of the Parents to maintain Bank Balance in their Respective accounts.
  3. Further, in case student register with us before NEET exam and student is not able to qualify due to any misfortune. you shall not be refunded any amount. However, you may be offered another medical course or if student drop for next year, then next year registration fee will be waived off.

MedAb Overseas is not responsible for the Visa delay or Visa rejection.

  1. The students who wish to withdraw their application are required to inform the organization in writing.
  2. We shall not reimburse if the application is withdrawn after the deadline.
  3. The university application fee is not refundable.
  4. We are not responsible for the payment made to other institutions.
  5. MedAb Overseas suggests you clear the refund policy to our experts before making payments.

Students are required to pay in advance for university application form to register the admission in the foreign university. After payment, if the candidate cancels the application, the service charges and other charges will be deducted from the fee. Consultation fee and the charges paid to the Ministry are not refundable.

The refund request would not be entertained after the deadline. MedAb Overseas would not be responsible for any delay caused by third parties, i.e. courier services, embassy, and others.
